Dayton City School currently utilizes a text messaging notification system to enhance our current communication services during a school delay/closing or crisis situation. AlertU allows us to broadcast information, in real time, to the mobile devices of the students, parents, faculty and staff. Please be aware, this is a text message system that will only send TEXT to your SMS enabled mobile phone if you voluntarily sign up, it will not call your home, work and/or cell phone. Your mobile phone must be able to receive SMS (text) messages. Standard message rates may apply.
To sign up, enter your mobile number in the block to the right or text 'DCS' to '253788' (AlertU) then reply 'Y' to the welcome text message on your mobile phone.
